Terms and Conditions
- Free Support: For a specific period after project completion, we offer free support to fix any issues or make minor changes as per client requirements.
- Advance Payment: Before starting any project, we require a 10% advance payment as assurance from the client. This payment is non-refundable if the client decides to cancel the project midway.
- Payment & Invoices: After completing each milestone, we provide invoices upon request, which can be sent from our official email. In the future, we plan to automate this process through our website.
- Project Cancellation: Cancellation terms are agreed upon before starting the project. However, the 10% advance payment remains non-refundable for all clients.
- Domain & Server: If the client needs assistance in purchasing a domain and server, we provide guidance, but the client must use their own credentials (email, address, full name) for registration.
- Pricing: Project costs vary based on requirements. The final price is determined after an initial meeting where all specifications are discussed. For an idea of our pricing range, you can check the pricing section.
- Communication Methods: We primarily use WhatsApp or Telegram for messaging. For meetings, we can use Google Meet, Hangouts, Appear.in, or Zoom. If remote access to the client’s system is required, we use TeamViewer or AnyDesk.
- Payment Methods: We prefer Payoneer and Credit/Debit cards. However, upon client request, we may accept other global money transfer services like Western Union or MoneyGram. We do not accept cryptocurrency payments at this time.
- Unacceptable Projects: We do not work on projects that are unethical, immoral, or contribute to societal harm, such as pornographic or gambling websites. Please do not contact us for such projects.
- Footer Credit: We include a development credit note in the website footer as our acknowledgment. Clients who wish to remove this must pay an additional 15%-25% of the total project cost, depending on the project size.
- Project Owner: The company or individual funding the system is considered the project owner. They are responsible for finalizing requirements and signing all necessary agreements.
